It all started with a JOKE and a DREAM.
Before Project Mosaic, the pre-school teachers were always joking among ourselves that the place which “National Sports Grill (NSG)” vacated fronting the Mosaic Lounge is intended for the children’s ministry. We all prayed for it. Nung umalis ang NSG, marami pa ang nag-occupy nung place after them. We, the teachers, were saying na kami na ang next occupant nung place.
Then finally during our meeting at the Prayer Mountain, nag-announce si Edna na ibibigay na sa amin yung place for the children’s ministry, all of us teachers were so happy especially the pre-school teachers because we have a very limited space sa band room. At di lang iyon, sobrang init pa dahil siguro sa dami ng mga bata at ang pinaka-affected ay yung mga 1-3 years old. Kung ako nga na teacher nila grabe ang dama ng init, papaano na ang mga bata. Basta pag nag-start na mag-complain yung mga kids, sasabihin ko na lang sa kanila na malapit na matapos ang bagong room natin and they will just smile. I know in their little way that they are also praying for it.
May magkapatid na nagbigay ng piggy bank for Project Mosaic which really inspired us. Their ages are 3 years old & 6 years old. Marami pa ring mga kids giving away their piggy bank for Project Mosaic. These are the kids who know how to glorify our God.
